Kiozwi orders over $200 qualify for free shipping within Australia.

Estimated Delivery time (depending on which state) will be between 2-9 business days.

As Kiozwi create our candles in small batches (sometimes only 2-3 at a time), and sometimes these are "to order", there may be a delay in when your item will be shipped to you. 

If this is the case we will let you know a.s.a.p via email or phone as to when your order will be dispatched.

All our candles will be packaged carefully with bubble wrap and/or packing peanuts. 

Kiozwi prefer Australia Post for our deliveries.  Once an Australia Post label has been generated,  we will send you confirmation and information so you can track your order to your home.  

We also provide Australia post as an alternative to ship your products .  Australia Post will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of your order (This includes shipping, packaging and handling) This will be added at the check-out and will show on your order total for your confirmation.

International - New Zealand Orders

Yes - We do Post to New Zealand.  Unfortunately we are Unable to offer Free shipping to New Zealand so if this is an option given, please do not select it as we will have to decline your order. We are happy to ship to you via Australia Post Air Mail or Australia Post (Express Courier International Merchandise - More expensive option)   Our Cart will automatically show you International cost options based on the weight of your total order during check out for you to select.
