The killer whale calf from Schleich® Wild Life has a distinctive black and white marking just like in nature

Killer whales are also known as orcas and are actually part of the dolphin family.

The animals are easy to differentiate from other whales thanks to their distinctive colouring: While the skin on their back is pitch-black, their bellies are a bright white, as you can see on the killer whale calf from Schleich® Wild Life.

After just a few months the calves start hunting for their own fish, marine mammals and sea birds.
