Schleich - Plesiosaurus SC15016

Plesiosaurus was a reptile that lived during the early part of the Jurassic Period, with a small head, long and slender neck, broad turtle-like body, a short tail, and two pairs of large, elongated paddles.

The Plesiosaurus fed mainly on fish. It wasn't just its long neck that made this dinosaur stand out, but its swimming style: instead of using its paddle-shaped fins to row, it moved forward by beating them like wings – just like a sea turtle.

The Schleich Plesiosaurus has a flexible neck so the neck can be placed in a variety of poses.
